The Philippine Fashion week Spring/Summer 2014 auditions are coming soon! If you've got what it takes, the height and the ability to walk the runway, why not try out? I really can't wait for this event to happen! Ive always enjoyed going to Fashion Weeks and the collections showcased always caught my eye with such amazing talents of Filipino designers. Auditions begin on September 17 and if you can make it, why not? The event will take place around October at the same place SMX Convention Center and so will the auditions!
I saw this event on the Facebook page for Philippine Fashion Week while it was one of the latest news. They first showed the auditions for SM Shoes and Bags which starts almost about the same time. I enjoyed watching that show for last years Spring/Summer Fashion Show. It was fun and awesome seeing such lovely Parisian Shoes and bags, Milano Shoes for men and adorable child models for Sugar Tough kids as well.
I also liked how discount coupons were included in the program. That was also a great way to promote their products asides from showcasing the collections ahead of time. Parisian is also one of my favorite brands of shoes and bags especially when designer Rajo Laurel designed for them. Check them all out at any SM Department store.
I can already predict that the color palette used in this fashion show will be neon green, fluorescent fuchsia, black and white. I can't wait to see the super cute color palette. I always love the bright summer colors and it looks like an evolvement from the trends of Spring/Summer 2013 and Fall 2013! At the Rio Fashion week, Ive also seen a tiger head trend on a shirt and pants.
What do you call it? The style Pokemon?? You'll never know!
Most of all Im looking forward to what will be in the shows and critique about the collections as well! Good luck to all those trying out for the events and to all Designers and Clothing companies showcasing their collections!
